My mother has been in a wheelchair for almost 2 years, and using a walker before that. Today Mon. she is having her left hip replaced. In 6 weeks she will have the second hip done. The doctor said she will finally be pain free, and able to walk. She has never had any type of surgery, she is 75 and a little nervous about the whole thing.
Please pray for God's peace, and for my closest sister who is taking 3 days off to be with mom. Then my niece who is done with college finals on Wed. will come on Thurs. to get mom from the hospital and stay with her.

Praying for your mom and so glad there is family nearby to help her out during this time.
Barbara homeschooled from k-12th, two college grads and one in college.
