Asthma is the cause of my shortness of breath. I had to breath into a Spirometry. He said that it showed an obstruction. Then I had to breath into another device which also demonstrated an obstruction. Then I was given a breathing treatment of albuteral. Tested again just a bit better. The second device (Peak Flow Meter) was not computerized, just a plastic device with a spot that moved toward numbers. I blew threw it 7 times. 275, 300, 300 Treatment 275 ( I don't think I got my mouth on the device correctly), 300, 300, 350.
I'm not completely convinced but hope it is the answer and that I can keep up with the girls at scouts with medication.
The 48 hour halter EKG Monitor was 'mostly normal'. He asked if I felt the flutter/vibration while wearing it. I did.
