No caffeine before a Stress Test but how about antihistamine

I am having a chemical stress test tomorrow. I was told not to have any caffeine for 24 hours but how about any antihistamine? I have a terribly runny nose & think I'll sleep better if snot is not running out my nose all night.

Not knowing the test, I would say to have nothing in your system if you can avoid it. Also, call the hospital lab (someone will be there) and ask them!
