One year mark...........

Postby Stacy » Sun Jan 08, 2012 5:47 am

In two more days, I will have reached the one year mark since I first started working out. I have dropped 20 pounds. For the last several months, I have been at a plateau. While it is frustrating, I'm not giving up. Knowing that I have not added any weight over the holidays encourages me. Once I can get out of the cycle of snacking in the evenings, I know I will drop some more weight. Plus, I've been adding muscle mass again, and whenever I do that, I won't drop weight, but inches, and that is what really counts!

Still stuck in the rut of having lost 17-20 pounds. Can't seem to break through.

Was really sick last week, plus my back was out of whack for a few days, so I didn't work out for nearly a week. Am back at it now though. I have done some evening snacking, and that REALLY shows up the next morning on the scales. If I can break that cycle and eat lighter evening meals, maybe I can break that 20# mark.
