MORE - I went on a Girl Scout outing Saturday. We were in a parade. I started out AT THE BANNER for our Girl Scouts Celebrating 100yrs (I marked some pictures on Facebook). I ended up at the next banner, 700 people behind where I started. I then stepped out of the parade and waited for it to end and called the girls on their cell phone to tell them where I was.
Later that evening we had to walk up a hill about 1/4 of a mile. I had to stop a number of times but I could not tell anyone that I was stopping because I had no breath to speak. At the top of the hill was 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. Again, the girls had to go ahead. I had to take it slow. The other leader was aware of most of my stops so I was never left behind very far.
I had misplaced my inhaler. It would have been a great time to see if it would have helped much. I guess I could duplicate the work effort and ensure that I have an inhaler with me. I could then see if it helps or not.
