I'm a crazy cook

Crazy because I prefer cooking in the winter than in the summer.

Now, I love going to the farmers market. We went this past Saturday and got the most gorgeous, fragrant peaches you've ever seen. Tomatoes that were redder than Dorothy's slippers. Corn that was sweeter than honey.

So.....why am I crazy you ask?....



Because it is 100 degrees here every day and I can't wait to make soup, stew and chili!!

I find it easier to cook in the winter. Like you I like soups, stews and chili. I also find I use my oven a lot.
