I just gave out a piece of advice yesterday - one lady in our church has just had a baby by c-section, and she was due to go home yesterday but then her dh had a mild heart attack and ended up having a stent put in so was also in hospital; so the two of them plus baby are going home tomorrow to stay with her mum and dad for a few days! Anyway the advice I gave was for the person taking mum and baby home to take a pillow with them for mum to hold over her tum during the ride home - even the smoothest of roads has a gazillion bumps and a few days after a c-section she will feel every single one of them! Who knows if it will be taken!!
I enjoy getting into conversation with people with young babies and then if they ask or if something comes up in the general chit chat I can throw in my penny's worth. Most people don't talk to me about babies because I have a number of children they are always worried I'm going to judge them for only wanting 1 or 2!! They just don't get it that it is their decision - nothing to do with me at all!
But
