We are CREATED to be the DWELLING PLACE of the Son of God

Besides the fact that we are created in the Image of God, in that, we are created to be HIS DWELLING PLACE!

~~ Ephesians 2:19-22 So then you are no longer foreigners and noncitizens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of God’s household, because you have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone. In him the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

~~1 Jo 4:15 “Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.”

~~1 Cor 3:16 “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”

~~1 Cor 6:19 “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?”

~~1Jo 3:24 "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us."

~~Romans 8:11 "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you."

~~Rev 3:12 “Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.” (as to name him the temple of God)

Scripture that says HOW we OVERCOME: ~~1Jo 5:4-5 “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”

Another Scripture that tells us how we overcome is Rev. 12:11 ....that we're overcome him (satan) by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony, and that we don't love our own lives until death.
