Scholarship is going to COST money!

Hannah was awarded the WUE (Western Undergrad Exchange) Scholarship. That's great, but it overrides her Rocky Mountain Scholars which would have rolled into room and board (tuition/fees/books are already covered by ROTC). The WUE will lower her tuition, which is a great deal for the Army, but not so great for her. Grrr! I was afraid this was going to happen. There was no way to not apply for WUE; the computer does it based on her ACT scores. Arg!
