Have you ever melted cheese on crackers? I am sure you have. Tonight my daughter decided to do that and add some spices. She went through the spices, smelled them, and picked paprika and sage which she sprinkled on the cheese before melting. Wonderful!!!

I have actually never melted cheese on crackers. We always use tortilla chips. This sounds good. Thanks for the suggestion.

same here - tortilla chips but not crackers.... the spices sound like a win, though!
