What's your favorite time of day?

My dh and I were talking this morning about our favorite time of the day.
While I LOVE sipping coffee in the morning when no one else is awake it is not my absolute favorite time of the day.
My favorite time of the day is when I get to crawl into bed for the night and snuggle in for sleep. I know that for about 7.5 hours no one will need me or ask me any questions (well, USUALLY that is the case, there are times...).
When I crawl into bed I often say "Aaahhhhh...my favorite time of the day has come at last." to which my dh rolls his eyes because bedtime is his LEAST favorite time of the day. He hates going to bed, he is afraid he might miss something. Plus, sleeping is such a waste of time - so unproductive.
This morning he finally determined what IS his favorite time of day. He says that his favorite time is when he walks through the door after a day at work.
So...my question for you is what is YOUR favorite time of the day?

Morning, before anyone else is up. I am almost always awake without an alarm around 6. I love to sit in the sunshine coming in the window or on the front porch to have my devotions. Not night time, once it is getting dark I am done for the day. My body just seems to stop. I do not dare sit down or I will fall asleep.

It's a toss up between the morning while I sit outdoors with my coffee and Bible or after dinner while I sit outdoors with my tea and Bible. The evenings are great now as I get to watch the sun set. I just love peace and quiet ... which I seem to be desiring more and more!

So far we all like times when we are alone.
I also like after supper out on the patio with a book and a tall glass of something cold to drink. Our patio is totally shaded by 4:00 in the summer.

It's shaded by 4:00? What time is your sunset during the summer?

Sunset is 9:04 tonight. I just looked it up. The patio is east of our two story house. So as soon as the sun gets on the other side of the house we have shade on the patio. We also have a hill behind our house so in the morning there is shade until the sun gets up over the hill.

Ruth, I like when I crawl into bed at night, too! I pull up the covers and finally can just relax. Kind of sad that it's my favorite time of day, but it is.
Late afternoon can also be nice if the weather is beautiful and if I am outdoors on a weekend. Usually I'm in an office building at that time, though.

I think mine fluctuates based on my mood and whether or not I have to work that day.
When I'm tired, my favorite is when I can take a nap or go to bed for the night.
When I'm full of energy, it's whenever I can work out.
When I've had a frustrating day at work, it's the moment I clock out.
When I'm off work, it's the time I can spend with dd. (One of our favorite things to do is watch a DVD while we eat lunch.)

Our sunset isn't until 9:55. I love evenings but I used to like it more when the kids were in bed by 9. Now though they are up much later.
I love fresh coffee in the mornings out on my back deck but it hasn't been warm enough lately till close to noon. Still love it though.

I like my day best when supper is ready, all the errands of the day are over and done and dh is on his way home. The evening looms ahead full of promise and, at least one of the children will be sweet. When it is warm enough, I often take the time to sit in my swing with the girls at this time. We read a little, talk a little and they put their legs on me a lot.

Summer evenings. I love to sit on my patio with the dogs, listen to the birds and watch the lightning bugs as the sun sets. Sometimes I'll build a fire in the fire pit. Sometimes I have company, sometimes not ~ either way, that is my favorite time of day.
