I have finally reached a point where I'm starting to lose some more weight. I had a few weeks where it was just up and down, over and over. I'm at my lowest point in my weight-loss journey.
I can tell that I am still building muscle mass. The flab around my arms is lessening. My stomach muscles are now getting tight, after using the Wii Active and the Wii Biggest Loser. Both of those have programs that allow me to work those stomach muscles w/o throwing my back out. I have a deformity in my back, on the bottom left vertebrae. It didn't form properly, so I have to EXTREMELY careful about my workout routines. Can't do anything super intense. (Yet I am managing to do Michael Jackson and MC Hammer!!!)
On the Michael Jackson one, I love doing Beat It. It is very active, with lots of movements, so it keeps my interest because I know I'm really burning some fat on that one!
