Do you know of a place online to store photos for free? I was finally able to restore my photos after dh deleted my photo shop program. I do have them backed up on disks but it would be so much easier to not have to load them all.

I made the mistake yesterday of attending my aunt's wedding. . I went so I could see family that I haven't seen in many years. The last family get together was in 2001. I'm still in shock at how people conduct themselves.

My ds was offered alcohol. Okay, I suppose I knew that people drink at weddings but these people took it overboard. From I do until we left two hours later. I rode with my mom so I couldn't leave until she did.

Anyway, my cousin, 35, was sitting across the table from me. He said "I'm going to give D a beer". My reply was "NO you are not", he said "you can't keep him sheltered forever". He knows little about us so the only indication that my ds is sheltered is that he wasn't drinking. HELLO, he is 16!!! Do so many kids drink that it makes him sheltered? So, then he started in on our education choice. I suppose ds had told him (probably in the same conversation when he turned down the beer) as I wasn't aware that he knew. He started about socialization. Really, he's at this happening party, how much more socialization could he possibly need. Sad thing is, my cousin doesn't have a job and has been a college student for years without finishing any degrees. It seems now his goal in life is to be the first to get my ds drunk. Fortunately for me, he thinks ds is well-rounded. Gee, thanks, I really value your opinion.

Ds definitely had his socialization lesson in stupid drunk and bad language. I think my senses have been insulted enough for awhile, perhaps I need to be sheltered. My mom, her dh, ds and I were the only ones there not drinking. I sincerely wonder who was driving home as all were drinking heavily.

Hi there ladies

Curious as to your thoughts on this. My daughter says I am nosey and a gossip... I dont see it that way at all. Once I type out what I am referring to please share your honest thoughts and what or if I could do or act differently.

I am the type of person that likes to ask a lot of questions and wants to know the why, who what etc. I like to know what is going on around me and in other peoples lives. I have the local news page up and Fox News up all the time so that I can see what types of things have happened. I have always been one that likes to read certain sections of the paper to see who got married, had babies, if anyone I know was in a car wreck etc. ( this is info just for me, I dont take this info and then run and tell other people) I have always been a curious person... When there is an ambulance or firetruck going somewhere I want to follow it. If someone is upset and crying it bugs me and I want to know why and whats wrong. So for example our daughter goes to a boarding academy that is an hour away from here and I like to know what is going on out there at the school what she is involved with etc. So At times I would ask her questions like how are things going, have you met any new girlfriends, How are the other students doing, and then lets say she says oh Sally Sue is dating Johnny boy... and I might say oh really how long have they been dating, IS anyone else in your school dating anyone. Or lets say when I come back to visit a month later I might ask, Oh, is Sally Sue an Johnny boy still dating?

Well anyway my dd says that I am Nosey and that I am a gossip because I ask questions like that and want to know what is going on with other people. I dont look at it that way... I am not taking this information and going and telling other people, I am just curious....

Okay so do I have a problem? Please help
