Or is my computer messed up? The thread titles used to be a single line but now there's the title and then a few sentences from the beginning of the post. Please tell me something is wrong OR this is optional and I can "fix" it somewhere in my settings. |

I just use my regular AOL browser. So if I use Firefox it will look like it used to? |

I can't seem to get rid of the funky-no-title-but-preview links with Chrome...Firefox works, though.

What browser are you using?? If you are using Firefox, shut it down, open IE, shut it downa nd reopen Firefox, then it should look right again. It was discussed here: http://www.theswap.com/forum/Blah.pl?m-1258597067/If there is more issues, let me know....
I tried this and I still get the same thing..it didn't help. |

I dunno...Try it.
I wasn't really going to wait til you told me. It's normal when I use Firefox. Which is good news because that other way was confusing! |

Firefox I tried going to IE and it worked like it was suppose to in IE, but when I reloaded it in Firefox it didn't. They all come up with the Subject lines. |

Does signing out of the Swap and signing back in change the view at all, Jemek? |

Well, I had a dreadful time....signed in, signed out, shut things off, on again, played with settings, finally couldn't stand it any longer and switched to IE for the swap - everything else Mozilla.
After reading Jemek's troubles thot I'd try one more time and guess what - all is well. So I'm off to remove IE again and just use Mozilla.
Hope everyone else can work things out because those underlines are horrible.
Oh, and I am running 3.5.5 |

My Firefox is 3.5.5 (not 5.0 as stated earlier -- I was looking in the wrong place). |

Well, I tried what everyone mentioned and still not working on my firefox. UGH... I guess I'll have to use a different browser for the swap.

Mine also shows the extras - not too sure I can do all the suggestions - this isn't my computer, I'm borrowing it and I have no idea how to put those things on or take off or whatever; and I don't want to fiddle too much in case I make things worse! I'll just try to get used to it and maybe one day when dh is free, I'll try to ask him to deal with it. I'm such a wimp! |

I hope I can figure out how to undo the extra stuff. I find it a bit overwhelming to see so much on the board, and it takes up so much of my screen that I can't see who posted it. |

It's a global modification. You can't undo it. I have a thread posted on the Eblah forums help pages to see if there is something that can be done. |
