LLAtL - "Yellow"  3rd grade  (copyright 1991)
Complete integrated approach to teaching grammar, vocabulary, writing mechanics, reading, phonics review, spelling, and penmanship.  I really like its laid back approach to teaching.

I bought it used and the previous owner wrote in it in pencil, pen and colored pencil.  I could not remove all of the markings, but they do not interfere with the use of the book.  A return address label for the previous owner is attached to the front cover.  I cropped out the info for the picture, but will try to remove it.
