Easy Pasta Casserole

If you have leftover cooked pasta, this dish comes together in mere minutes. All you need is a green salad and garlic bread for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
2 cups mostaccioli or penne pasta
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (26-oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to stop cooking process and drain well.

Brown meat in a large skillet; drain. Stir in cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce and half the Parmesan; mix well. Transfer to a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot. Serve warm.
