1/4 refried beans
4 6 to 8 inch four totillas
2/3 cup shredded colby and Montery Jack cheese
spread half of the refired beans on 1 tortilla. Place bean-topped tortilla in a medium hot skillet. sprinkle half of the cheese over tortilla and top with a plain tortilla. cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Flip tortilla and cook 2 more minutes. Cut into 6 pieces. Makes 2 whole tortillas. Serve with salsa.
