Grandmother's Rolls

1 pkg. yeast (in 1/2 C. lukewarm water)
1/2 C. Crisco
1/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt in 1/2 C. boiled water
1 egg
3 C. flour

1. Mix ingredients and let chill. 2. Roll out on floured board, cut with cookie cutter into circles. 3. Brush with butter, let rise. 4. Fold in 1/2, brush again with butter. 5. Bake at 350 degrees or 400 degrees until light brown.
