Sautee onion and chopped bacon in large pot until bacon is done. Add chopped ham or any chopped veggies (tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.) if desired. Add spaghetti noodles and just enough olive oil to coat. Heat thoroughly. Beat some eggs (depends on the amount of spaghetti you are using--for a pound, about 6 eggs) and pour in the bottom of the pot (scoot the spaghetti to one side). After they set a little, mix up with the noodles and continue to cook until eggs are done. Add some shredded cheese and mix. This is also good warmed up the next day.
