Ravioli with Sausage and Peppers
25oz pkg frozen cheese-filled ravioli
2 cups fresh bell peppers and onions cut in strips
26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
.5 lb Italian sausage, chunked and browned
1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheeseIn 3.5 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except cheese; mix
well.
Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
Sprinkle individual servings with cheese.
****************************************************************Potato and Cheese topped sloppy Joe casserole
1 pkg frozen mixed veggies
1 lb hamburger
1 can sloppy Joe sauce
1 pkg (6 servings) of instant potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
shredded cheddar cheeseBrown hamburger. Mix veggies, sauce and burger in a casserole dish.
Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions. Add sour cream.
Top sloppy Joe mix with potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at
350 for 25-30 minutes.
*****************************************************************Spinach and Rigatoni Casserole
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 box rigatoni noodles
mozzarella cheeseCook noodles ala dente. Mix noodles, sauce and spinach in casserole dish.
top with mozzarella and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.![]()
