Virtual Sefer DanaO's Surprise Lunch Idea

Surprise your kids with this quick, fun lunch idea.
For each serving you need 1 slice bread (whole grain's the best)
A handful of raisins
One slice Monterey Jack cheese
Raisins go on the bread, then the cheese. Broil til cheese is bubbly.
I know it sounds like a strange combination, but we love it!
This recipe was originally called "Three Blind Mice" and along with the raisins, you place 3 whole almonds in the middle of the bread, then place chow mein noodles just under the cheese so they stick out like tails. DD couldn't eat thinking of mice, so we've revised the recipe.
