CPK's Dry Marinade
I use a dry marinade, and sprinkle it on the chicken pieces before I freeze them. I use the chicken in everything- fried, baked, pan-fried, boiled, grilled, etc.
I sprinkle each piece thickly, top and bottom with the following ingredients in the order given:
salt (I use less of this)
I make another mix that I like too. I mix equal amounts of each of the following in a shaker top container: Garlic powder, chili powder, pepper, paprika, salt, cumin, salt
I use it on everything, but it is especially good on chicken.
P.S. I am pretty much a garlic snob and use only fresh in my cooking, but this is one time I prefer the powder.
