Lecithin is a fat emulsifier, it breaks down fats, such as cholesterol and other lipids, to be dispersed in water and removed from the body. The arteries are protected from fatty build up.
Acidophilus- This is a "friendly" bacteria that assists in the digestion has antifungal properties, helps to reduce blood cholesterol levels, aids digestion, and enhances the absorption of nutrients.

My mother used hawthorn berries, lecithin, and cayenne pepper, and she had a very strong heart and had no cholesterol problems, even as she was overweight. Unfortunately she didn't take any measures to prevent cancer, while she was dying, the doctors couldn't beleive how strong her heart was and had clean arteries were.
