This recipe is great and the crust is never fail! Always flaky and delicious! No rolling out either! Mix it right in your pie pan! Here it is:
Pat in the Pan Crust8" crust
1 1/2 cups plus 3 T flour
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup veg oil
3 T milkMix dry ingredients in pan. Pour oil and milk over flour mix with fork until moist. Pat up the sides of the pan first then bottom of pan.
10"
2 cups flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
3 T milkUse same directions as above 8" crust.
