
2 Recipes for Use in a Cookie Mold

These were the two recipes which came with my Pampered Chef Cookie Mold~
Sugar Cookies3/4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. flourCream butter and sugar at low speed. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Continue to beat until smooth. Add flour and continue to beat at low speed. Dough will seem very dry, but will moisten as it is mixed. Gather dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours. Form cookies as described in mold directions. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Yield: 4-5 cookies
-----------------------Chocolate Almond Cookies
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. cocoa powder
1/2 C. butter
3/4 C. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. almond extractSift flour and cocoa together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar at low speed. Add egg and almond extract, continue to beat until smooth. Add flour mixture and mix until dough gathers into a ball. Chill for 1-2 hours. Form cookies as described in mold directions. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 5-6 cookies
