Apple Cookies
This is my aunt's recipe and they are sooo yummy! Enjoy!

Cream together:
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
Sift together:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Add:
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Ice cookies, if desired.
Vanilla Glaze:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 T. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 T. milk
Blend ingredients well and ice the cookies
