Connie's Fried Deer Meat

I like it fried. Cut the meat into cutlets or finger steaks. Soak in milk for at least an hour. Bread and fry like you would chicken fried steak. I also like to grind it, and use it like hamburger meat. It is very lean, and does better if you add ground pork to it.
