This is so easy, and everyone that has received one has absolutely loved it! All you do is get some flannel material and make a rectangle in the size you want your warmer to be (cut two rectangles and with right sides together, sew around the edges, leaving an opening to put the stuffing in. Then, turn right side out.) Fill your warmer about 3/4 of the way full with either rice or feed corn. Hand stitch opening closed. You're done! Warmers can be warmed over and over again in the microwave, and will stay warm for quite awhile (you can even put them in the freezer if you want a cold pack). I have made foot warmers, neck warmers (GREAT to relieve headaches and neck tension) smaller hand warmers for the pockets of coats...lots of possibilities! ![]()
