Spam Salad

Spam Salad 1 can Spam, grated 4 boiled eggs, chopped 4 or 5 small dill pickles, chopped, squeeze out juice 1 large apple, chopped 3-4 T. Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise Mix all ingredients well. Coat bread with thin coat of Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. Spread Spam mix on bread. Layer sandwiches with wax paper. They may be refrigerated (if covered) for serving the next day, or they may be served when prepared.
