Baked Vidalia Onion
1 large, whole Vidalia onion
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 TSp. Cajun Shake
NOTE: T=Tablespoon, TSp=teaspoon
Peel whole Vidalia onion. Cut 8 slices into onion being careful not to cut all the way through. Place in microwave-safe dish.
Sprinkle on Cajun Shake, making sure to get Cajun Shake inside each slice that you made in the onion.
Top with 2 TSp. margarine or butter. Cover with plastic wrap. Punch a couple of holes into the plastic to let steam escape.
Microwave on high 5-8 minutes or until onion is done.
