I chop up garlic, rosemary, and thyme very fine. Add salt and pepper (lots!), and then make a paste of it by adding equal amounts of lemon juice and olive oil. Smear the whole thing all over your tenderloin and roast in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temp to 325 degrees and cook until done (45 minutes to an hour depending on the size).
