Virtual Sefer Freezing Bread Dough Info

After shaping bread dough into rolls, etc. can it be frozen for later use?

This was asked a little while back.Someone said yes, after it rises once,shape it and freeze.I hope they are right because I did it today! i will see.

I've done it and it works fine. After the first rising and shaping, freeze it. Just make sure to thaw in time for it to rise again. If you are not making it too far ahead, just refrigerate overnight instead of freezing, and it will rise in the 'frig. and will be ready for baking the next day. Happy Baking
