AnitaA's Milk & Egg Free White Bread
I use this recipe all the time, it might be more basic then you wanted. I like to use the dough cycle on the machine and then bake it in the oven. It always works fine using the machine completely, we just prefer the oven baked texture.
Milk & Egg Free White Bread
Yields one large loaf
I use the following with or without my bread maker. It works great either way.
Add ingredients in this order and mix. In a warm, draft-free spot, let rise and beat down a couple of
times. Make into loaf or rolls and let rise about 30 - 45 minutes, and bake in greased pan at 325
degrees fahrenheit until golden.
1 cup 2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tbsp. fleischman's unsalted (milk free) margarine
3 cups bread machine flour (I use Robin Hood)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. yeast
