Lori's Clotted (Devononshire) Cream for Scones

Clotted (Devonshire) Cream is nice to go with the scones and jam. Here's my recipe, since you can't
get your hands on the real thing:

Lori's Clotted Cream

1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 T. 10X sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream

Whip with a mixer until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with scones and jam of your
choice.
