CORN FREMONT

This is a yummy side-dish and is good for ‘Pot Luck Suppers’.

2 C. creamed corn

1 C. rolled crackers (Ritz)

1 C. chopped celery

1 C. chopped onion

1 C. chopped Colby cheese

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 beaten eggs

1 1/2 C. milk

2 T. butter

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees without lid for 1 hour or until set and browned.
