Virtual Sefer Salad Dressing for Fruit

Salad Dressing for Fruit
3/4 c. sugar;
1 tsp. salt;
1 tsp. prepared mustard;
1/2 c. white vinegar;
1 clove garlic;
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice;
1 c. vegetable oil;
8 oz. softened cream cheese;
2 tsp. poppy seed (optional)

Beat all ingredients until thick and creamy. This is delicious on all fruit.
