2 lb. fresh or frozen blueberries;
1 (12 oz.) can orange juice concentrate, thawed;
1 C. sugar (may use less sugar, depending on your personal preference).
Mix all ingredients with a spoon. Refrigerate overnight to allow juice from the
blueberries to mix with the orange juice and sugar.
Excellent topping when serving pound cake, angel food cake or cheese cake.
