Blueberry Corn Cakes

1 C. flour;
1 C. corn meal;
1/2 tsp. salt;
2 T. baking powder;
3 T. sugar;
3 T. vegetable oil;
1 beaten egg;
1 1/2 C. orange juice;
1 C. blueberries.

Mix all of the preceding ingredients together. Pour 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook
until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Makes 8 cakes.
