Virtual Sefer Vegetarian Sausage McMuffin

This is a neat veggie-style version of the greasy mcmuffins Micky-D serves. All it takes is a toasted English muffin, 1 fried egg (break the yolk) a slice of cheese (we like sharp Cheddar) and 1 Morning Star Farms breakfast patty (these are grain based "fake" sausage patties found in the breakfast part of the freezer section). Just layer all the ingredients and enjoy! This version has much less fat and a whole lot more flavor than the drive-thru ones - cheaper too! And believe it or not, the veggie sausage is quite tasty!
