Fried and Grilled Sweet Potatoes

I just peel the taters and fry the same way I do regular tatoes...In a bit of oil.
Then lightly salt them straight out of the fryer.
Grilled are good too...Peel and slice into 1/4" thick slices and stick 'em on the grill...yum! (and if you really want decadent: brush them with honey or barbeque sauce first)
