This is very good and also moist. Simply brown the chops in a bit of oil in a skillet. Salt and pepper both sides of the chops. Pour in about 3/4 c. water; cover, and cook til meat is done (about 20 minutes for 1/2 in. chops.) Remove meat; cook juices over high heat until it is thickened, if desired. Pour over meat. I also love to sprinkle some thyme on top of the meat just before adding the water. We like these with baked sweet potatoes or Irish potatoes au gratin, green veggie, and fried apples. It's a nice Autumn meal.
