Cornbread Casserole

1 lb. sausage;
1 C. shredded cheese;
1 C. self-rising meal (May use a package of cornbread and muffin
mix instead of the self-rising meal.);
1/3 C. oil;
1 C. chopped onion;
1 C. creamed corn;
1 C. buttermilk.

Cook and drain sausage. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
