FOUR CHEESE PUFF

6 eggs;
1 (20 oz.) pkg. biscuit mix;
2 1/2 C. milk;
8 oz. cottage cheese;
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese;
10 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese;
6 oz. mild cheddar cheese, grated;
1 lb. plain or hot, Jimmy Dean Sausage, cooked and crumbled.(If Jimmy Dean isn't available in your area, I'm sure any sausage would work.)

Beat eggs. Add biscuit mix and milk. Beat until smooth. Stir in the cheese and sausage.
Bake in greased 9x13” casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
Serves 12. Serve for breakfast or brunch.
