Use 2 packages (16 ounces each) pound cake mix. Mix as directed. Pour into two 1 1/2 quart ovenproof bowls (greased and floured), bake at 350 for 55 min. Cool on wire rack. Cut rounded tops off cakes; reserve 1.
Frost top of one cake; put other cake upside-down on top. Frost sides and top of cakes. Cut small circle from reserved cake top for lid. Put on top of "teapot" and frost. The handle and spout are made of marzipan and attached with toothpicks.
