3/4 cup Pineapple juice
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
4 tbs. butter or margarine
1 tsp. coconut or vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup potato flakes
3 cups bread flour
1 tbs. vital gluten, optional
1-1/2 tsp. rapid or quick yeast
