Carol's Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Pineapple Angel Food Cake
Mix one 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple in its own juice
with a Duncan Hines Angel Food Cake mix. Only those two
ingredients; do not drain pineapple!
Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees
for approximately 30 minutes. (Note: You may sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on the top
before baking, but my family prefers it without. Also, we’ve discovered inexpensive
angel food cake mixes don’t work with this recipe.)
