This is our favorite:
2 + 1/2 C flour
1/2 C cold butter (not marg)
1/2 C shortening
4 T cold orange juice
Cut the butter and shortening into the flour. Mix well. Add the OJ, but be careful not to overmix. Makes 2 10-inch crusts.
