Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
2 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1 med. mashed banana (I didn't have any this AM, so I skipped it.)
2 T. olive oil
ground flaxseed (I don't measure it, I just pour a little in -- maybe 3-4 T.)
wheat germ (I just grab a handful and add to the batter.)
milk - add enough to get it to the consistency you want. (Usually 1-1/2 c.)
1/2 - 1 c. blueberries
Mix well and they are ready for your frying pan! Enjoy!
