This is the original recipe for the bread and my added parts are in parenthesis for making it into a bundt cake. I buy a container of the premade icing and heat it up and drizzle it over it. IF I have enough warning I'll make some from scratch -- but it doesn't happen often.

BANANA SOUR CREAM BREADIngredients:
· ¼ c. sugar
· 1 tsp. Cinnamon
· ¾ c. butter
· 3 c. sugar
· 3 eggs
· 6 very ripe bananas, mashed
· 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
· 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
· 2 tsp. Cinnamon
· ½ tsp. Salt
· 3 tsp. Baking soda
· 4 ½ c. all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 300*
Grease four 7x3” loaf pans(or bundt pan—I can make a cake and 3 of the mini loaves with this recipe. Yields A LOT!!). In a small bowl, stir together ¼ c. white sugar and 1 tsp. Cinnamon. Dust pans with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
In a large bowl, cream butter and 3 cups sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour. Divide into prepared pans.
Bake for one hour (much, much longer! For cake probably 30-40 minutes ADDITIONAL) until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (not clean for cake, too dry! Just until the center isn’t too gooey and wobbly when you shake it).
