Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge
from Hershey & Eagle Brand - the only fudge
that Kath could get to turn out right for a long
time (even though you may say I'm cheating).

3 c. (1 1/2 12 oz. bags) Hershey's semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened
Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
Dash salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 t. vanilla

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips
with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8 or 9"
square pan. Chill 2 hours, or until firm. Turn
fudge onto cutting board. Peel off paper & cut
into squares. Store loosely covered at room
temperature.

Variations: Add lots of coconut - tastes like
Mounds
Use milk chocolate chips for milder flavor.
Use raspberry chocolate chips.
Add marshmallows & nuts for rocky road.
The possibilities may be endless!!!
